Ellister Lodge has three en-suite double bedrooms, plus a large study bedroom with two singles and its own cloakroom. It's spacious inside, with a large family kitchen/dining room that has both electric cooker and Esse wood-burning range, and a large sitting room with modern woodburner. There is extensive decking and (enclosed, safe) viewing and relaxing platforms. Fully insulated with full double glazing and new heat pump central heating. Fully accessible with access ramps, three sets of French windows and modern-width internal doorways. Sorry – no smoking indoors
Check In and Out: Fridays – Check-In 4.30pm, Check-Out 9.30am.
Changeovers are on Fridays to avoid high pressure on Saturday ferries, and so more attractions/shops are open on your first full day
Rates:
Off-peak: £1330/wk (November/December/Jan/Feb/March)
Peak: £1750/wk (April-October, school and Bank holidays)
Feis: POA
Terms:
Minimum one week stay in high season. Outside that, within Friday-Friday, 4 nights minimum.
Pets
We welcome well-behaved pets with food mat, bowls, towels and treats but ask they are not allowed in bedrooms. £25 cleaning charge and (sadly due to experience) £300 security deposit, returnable on departure
